It started in 2014 with a simple idea: a coin doesn’t have to stay silver and grey. Golden Noir Series takes iconic silver coin designs — the American Eagle, the Lunar series, the Libertad — and brings them to life with specialized color printing, gold and ruthenium gilding. Every design is issued in a strictly limited edition — run sizes vary by coin — individually numbered, and comes with its own certificate of authenticity. More than a decade later, we’re still doing it the same way: in small batches, for people who see coins as art.
